i need some advice  on how to come out to my family if any one has any advice let me know please

so i have been trying to get a job for about two to three years now and i go one yesterday, now my consern is how do i go about telling my new boss i am planing on becoming a women?

i have started coming out as trans to the people closest  to me so far ever one i have told has been cool with it

so this is my first post, I'm not sure where to stare really. i was born male however i have always felt i should have been born female. Over the next three year i will be doing what i need to, to become female. any advice anyone can offer or help will be greatly appreciated i will try to post at least once a week
